2 poundsjumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
kosher salt and ground black pepper
[MARINADE]
¼ cupSriracha
¼ cupvegetable oil
1 teaspoonkosher salt
4 teaspoonsgranulated sugar
10 clovesgarlic, minced
  1. Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate shrimp for 1 hour.
  2. Drain shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Grill shrimp or cook in hot cast-iron pan for 30 seconds per side.
