jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
kosher salt and ground black pepper
[MARINADE]
¼ cup
Sriracha
¼ cup
vegetable oil
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
4 teaspoons
granulated sugar
10 cloves
garlic, minced
Combine marinade ingredients. Marinate shrimp for 1 hour.
Drain shrimp. Season with salt and pepper.
Grill shrimp or cook in hot cast-iron pan for 30 seconds per side.
