baby bok choy with oyster sauce

1 tablespoonvegetable oil
1 tablespoonfresh ginger, slivered
6baby bok choy, sliced in half lengthwise
[SAUCE]
2 tablespoonsoyster sauce
3 tablespoonschicken stock
1 tablespoonrice wine
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
½ teaspoongranulated sugar
1 teaspoonsesame oil
  1. Mix sauce ingredients.
  2. Heat oil in wok. Stir fry ginger until fragrant.
  3. Add bok choy. Stir fry to coat in oil.
  4. Pour sauce over bok choy. Cover and steam 3 to 5 minutes.
