ginger chicken

1 cup | honey |
¾ cup | soy sauce |
¼ cup | garlic, minced |
½ cup | fresh ginger, minced |
½ cup | scallions, chopped |
4 pounds | chicken legs and thighs |
- Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallions in crock pot.
- Add chicken. Coat with sauce. Cook on low 6 hours.
