¾ cupsoy sauce
¼ cupgarlic, minced
½ cupfresh ginger, minced
½ cupscallions, chopped
4 poundschicken legs and thighs
  1. Mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and scallions in crock pot.
  2. Add chicken. Coat with sauce. Cook on low 6 hours.
