3 tablespoonsloose lapsang souchong tea, ground, if needed
3 tablespoonskosher salt
2 poundsfrozen edamame pods
3 tablespoonsextra virgin olive oil
  1. Combine tea and salt.
  2. Microwave edamame in covered bowl 5 minutes.
  3. Drizzle edamame with olive oil. Season with smoky salt.
