chocolate peanut butter bars
1 half-sheet pan

| 2 cups | all-purpose flour |
| 2 cups | rolled oats |
| 1 cup | granulated sugar |
| 1 cup | light brown sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| ½ teaspoon | kosher salt |
| 1 cup | unsalted butter, softened |
| 2/3 cup | peanut butter |
| 1 teaspoon | vanilla extract |
| 2 | eggs |
| [TOPPING] |
| 12 ounces | semisweet chocolate chips |
| 2/3 cup | powdered sugar |
| ¼ cup | peanut butter |
| 2 to 4 tablespoons | whole milk |
- Combine all bar ingredients on low speed until mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Press mixture into bottom of greased half-sheet pan.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Immediately sprinkle with chocolate chips. Let stand 5 minutes to melt. Spread evenly.
- Combine powdered sugar, peanut butter and milk. Drizzle over top of bars.
