2 cupsall-purpose flour
2 teaspoonsbaking powder
½ teaspoonkosher salt
½ cupunsalted butter, softened
1½ cupsgranulated sugar
3eggs
3 ouncesunsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoonvanilla extract
powdered sugar
  1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  4. Stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla.
  5. Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Wrap dough in plastic. Chill 30 minutes.
  7. Roll dough into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar two times.
  8. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
