all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons
baking powder
½ teaspoon
kosher salt
½ cup
unsalted butter, softened
1½ cups
granulated sugar
3
eggs
3 ounces
unsweetened chocolate, melted
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
powdered sugar
Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Stir in cooled chocolate and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients until just combined.
Wrap dough in plastic. Chill 30 minutes.
Roll dough into balls. Roll balls in powdered sugar two times.
Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
