carrot ginger dressing
2 cups
3 ouncesyellow onion
4 ouncescarrots, peeled
1 tablespoonfresh ginger
2 teaspoonsgranulated sugar
¼ cupunseasoned rice vinegar
2 tablespoonssoy sauce
½ cupvegetable oil
kosher salt, to taste
ground black pepper, to taste
