1egg yolk
2 teaspoonsDijon mustard
2 clovesgarlic
1 tinanchovy fillets
½ cuplemon juice
2 teaspoonskosher salt
½ teaspoonground black pepper
1 cupextra virgin olive oil
[SALAD]
1 poundRomaine lettuce
1 cupgrated Parmesan cheese
1 poundbacon, cooked, broken into pieces
8 ouncesgarlic croutons
2 pintscherry tomatoes, roasted
2 poundslemon chicken breasts
  1. Mix egg yolk, mustard, garlic, anchovies, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in blender.
  2. Gradually blend in olive oil.
  3. Toss salad ingredients with dressing to moisten.
