Serve on Caesar salads.
2 poundschicken breasts
[MARINADE]
¾ cuplemon juice
2 clovesgarlic
2 teaspoonskosher salt
1 teaspoonground black pepper
1 tablespoonthyme leaves
¾ cupextra virgin olive oil
  1. Mix lemon juice, garlic, salt, pepper, and thyme in blender. Gradually blend in olive oil.
  2. Marinate chicken overnight.
  3. Season chicken breasts. Roast at 375 degrees or grill to internal temperature of 165 degrees.
