Omit garlic, pine nuts, and lemon to serve with Maple Miso Sauce.
1 pound | Brussels sprouts |
1 head | garlic, cloves separated and peeled |
| extra virgin olive oil |
| kosher salt |
| ground black pepper |
| crushed red pepper flakes |
3 tablepoons | toasted pine nuts |
| lemon |
- Heat oven to 450 degrees.
- Trim ends of Brussels sprouts and cut each in half.
- Toss Brussels sprouts and garlic with olive oil, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Roast for 20-25 minutes until browned.
- Toss with pine nuts, squeeze of lemon, and additional salt.
