bananas foster

2 tablespoons
unsalted butter
¼ cup
light brown sugar
2 tablespoons
banana liqueur
1/8 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
2
ripe bananas, cut lengthwise, then quartered
1 tablespoon
dark rum
2 scoops
vanilla ice cream
Melt butter with brown sugar, liqueur, and cinnamon.
Sauté bananas until tender.
Remove from heat. Add rum. Flame.
Serve with ice cream.
