341 grams | melted unsalted butter, clarified |

170 grams | water |
14 grams | lemon juice |

- Combine walnuts, sugar, and cinnamon.
- Arrange half of filo dough sheets in half-sheet pan.
- Spread half of walnut mixture over filo.
- Arrange half of remaining filo dough sheets over walnuts.
- Spread remaining walnut mixture over filo.
- Top with remaining filo dough sheets.
- Slice baklava into bite-size pieces.
- Pour clarified butter evenly over baklava. Allow to absorb for 10 minutes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine sugar syrup ingredients and simmer for 10 minutes. Allow to cool.
- Remove cloves. Pour syrup over hot baklava. Allow to cool.
