sliced almonds, toasted
2 cupshot espresso
Chocolate Cherry Almond Biscotti
  1. Place one scoop of ice cream in each of 16 ramekins.
  2. Top ice cream with a generous splash of Amaretto.
  3. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and sliced almonds.
  4. Pour hot espresso around ice cream.
  5. Serve immediately with biscotti.
