Double recipe for double crust pie.
213 gramsall-purpose flour
3 gramskosher salt
71 gramscold unsalted butter, diced
71 gramscold vegetable shortening
71 gramsice water
  1. Mix flour and salt. Work in butter and shortening. Add water to bind.
  2. Shape dough into disk. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
