Double recipe for double crust pie.
213 grams | all-purpose flour |
3 grams | kosher salt |
71 grams | cold unsalted butter, diced |
71 grams | cold vegetable shortening |
71 grams | ice water |
- Mix flour and salt. Work in butter and shortening. Add water to bind.
- Shape dough into disk. Wrap and refrigerate 1 hour.
