| 71 grams | unsalted butter |
| 208 grams | light brown sugar |
| 245 grams | light corn syrup |
| 3 grams | kosher salt |
| 28 grams | bourbon |
| 9 grams | vanilla extract |
| 227 grams | chopped pecans, toasted |
| 151 grams | eggs, lightly beaten |
- Roll dough 1/8-inch thick. Press into tart pan. Freeze 30 minutes.
- Heat oven to 400 degrees. Fill tart pan with pie weights. Bake 20 minutes.
- Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and salt in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Continue to boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Add bourbon, vanilla, and nuts. Allow to cool slightly.
- Whisk beaten eggs into filling. Pour into hot tart shell.
- Reduce oven to 350 degrees. Bake 40 minutes.
