grated Parmesan cheese

ground black pepper
Bring salt, potatoes, and cold water to cover to a boil. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in large bowl.
Rice hot potatoes into bowl. Mix to combine.
