1 | California pizza crust |
1 teaspoon | truffle oil |
| kosher salt |
| ground black pepper |
3 ounces | Provolone cheese |
1 clove | garlic, shaved |
1 teaspoon | thyme leaves |
- Heat pizza stone and oven to 450 degrees.
- Coat pizza crust with truffle oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer pizza with provolone cheese. Sprinkle with garlic and thyme.
- Bake on pizza stone for 5 minutes.
