4 gramsground cinnamon

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Coat tube pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Cream butter and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Add vanilla and sour cream, beating well.
  5. Sift together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Add to batter, mixing until just combined.
  6. For the streusel: Mix brown sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt. Pinch in butter until crumbly. Mix in walnuts.
  7. Spoon half the batter into pan. Sprinkle with half the streusel. Spread remaining batter over streusel. Sprinkle with remaining streusel.
  8. Bake for 50 to 60 miutes.
