60 gramsheavy cream
  1. Heat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and zest.
  3. Blend in cold butter until butter is in pea-sized pieces.
  4. Combine eggs and buttermilk. Mix into flour-and-butter mixture until just blended.
  5. Knead in cranberries.
  6. Shape dough into 16 scones.
  7. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Combine glaze ingredients. Drizzle over cooled scones.
