garlic spinach

| 4 teaspoons | extra virgin olive oil |
| 4 cloves | garlic, minced |
| 1 pound | baby spinach |
| 1˝ teaspoons | kosher salt |
| ˝ teaspoon | ground black pepper |
| lemon |
- Heat oil in large pan. Sauté garlic 1 minute.
- Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cover. Steam 5 minutes.
- Uncover. Cook 1 minute while stirring.
- Season with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.
