4 teaspoonsextra virgin olive oil
4 clovesgarlic, minced
1 poundbaby spinach
1˝ teaspoonskosher salt
˝ teaspoonground black pepper

  1. Heat oil in large pan. Sauté garlic 1 minute.
  2. Add spinach, salt, and pepper. Cover. Steam 5 minutes.
  3. Uncover. Cook 1 minute while stirring.
  4. Season with lemon juice. Sprinkle with salt.
