1small shallot, minced
1garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoonwhite wine vinegar
1 teaspoonfresh lemon juice
1 teaspoonLouisiana hot sauce
½ teaspoonpaprika
¼ teaspooncayenne pepper
¼ teaspoongarlic powder
kosher salt, to taste
