170 gramsdried apricots, halved
170 gramsdried Black Mission figs, quartered
170 gramsdried cherries
170 gramsdried cranberries
227 gramsroasted, unsalted cashews
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Toss oats, coconut, and almonds together.
  3. Whisk oil and honey together. Pour over oat mixture. Stir to coat.
  4. Bake in 2 half-sheet pans for 40 minutes, stirring halfway.
  5. Allow granola to cool. Break into pieces and store in airtight container.
  6. Serve with dried fruit and cashews.
