orange chocolate rolls
24 spiral rolls to fit one half-sheet pan

57 gramsunsalted butter, melted
104 gramslight brown sugar
12 gramsgrated orange zest
170 gramssemisweet chocolate chips
  1. Roll dough into a 24x12-inch rectangle.
  2. Spread dough with melted butter.
  3. Combine sugar with orange zest.
  4. Sprinkle dough with sugar mixture and chocolate chips.
  5. Roll dough as for jelly roll, cut into 24 slices, and let rise.
  6. Bake at 375 degrees for 12-15 minutes.
