24 gramsbaking powder
17 gramsgranulated sugar
15 gramskosher salt
227 gramscold unsalted butter
383 gramsbuttermilk
  1. Mix flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Work in butter until fat pieces are the size of peas.
  3. Mix in buttermilk until just blended. Fold and pat 3 times.
  4. Cut into 12 biscuits.
  5. Bake at 400 degrees 35 minutes.
