ricotta cheese
2 cups
4 cups | whole milk |
2 cups | heavy cream |
1 teaspoon | kosher salt |
3 tablespoons | white wine vinegar |
- Bring milk, cream, and salt to a full boil. Remove from heat.
- Stir in vinegar and allow mixture to stand for 5 minutes.
- Strain into cheesecloth-lined sieve. Allow to drain for 30 minutes.
