1 tablespoon | garlic powder |
1 tablespoon | light brown sugar |
1 tablespoon | dry mustard |
3 tablespoons | kosher salt |

12 buns | Basic White Bread |
1 recipe | Chipotle Barbecue Sauce |
1 recipe | Cole Slaw |
- Mix rub ingredients. Rub all over pork shoulder. Refrigerate overnight.
- Roast pork at 300 degrees for 6 hours.
- Pull pork into shreds.
- Serve pulled pork on buns topped with barbecue sauce and cole slaw.
